By Rail : Jogindernagar railway station is the nearest railway station to Manali that connects Manali with several important cities or states of the country. Other options to reach Manali by train are Chandigarh and Ambala.

By Road : Manali is well connected to tourist destinations like Leh, Shimla, Kullu, Dharamshala and New Delhi by means of a number of private as well as government buses.
